Brooks is a proud Army wife and mother. Brooks served in the United States Army alongside her now-retired husband for more than 15 years. Brooks has fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, coaching, mentoring, and training. She is proud of successfully developing HR competencies in junior staff to aid them in becoming strong HR leaders. Her compassionate and honest personality allows her to connect with audiences from all walks of life, understand their challenges, articulate her thoughts without fear, and offer solutions that best suit their needs.
